Basically it's Portugal playing some decent stuff up until about 20 yards out then spending 50 years waiting on Ronaldo to make a movement

Maybe it’s a bit uncharitable, but it just feels like goalkeepers don’t even think about holding onto it anymore. Am I imagining it, or didn’t they used to catch?

To be fair to the keeper I think he pushed it out onto the defender to avoid attempting to catch it and accidently pushing it out onto the defender
