One of the most boring shirts I've ever seen. Literally just the standard template in red. Have adidas given up?

The price isn't worth talking about, you'd have to be stupid to pay £110 for that.

Nice, simple and expensive.

They also do this for £28 with no sponsor logos.

a bit boring yes, but home kits are always better when they don't put black on them

I'm ok with boring on a home kit, more often than not when these idiots try something new it looks shit. Away kits should be more experimental

On second look, think it's quality. The two tones of red, simple sponsor and their logo not detracting from what the shirt stands for. It will look quite good worn with a smart pair of shorts and some decent shades. I'm in, from Beijing.

Adidas describe the concept as: “[Taking] design cues from classic shirts worn by the Busby Babes, that were designed with ‘fluorescent’ materials to help the players see each other better under the floodlights.

“The rayon style fabric appeared to be a different shade of red, depending on how light reflected off it under the stadium’s floodlights. For the 2024-25 expression, bold combinations of red have been blended to form a light to dark red gradient, running down the main body of the shirt – giving the appearance of an ever-changing colour.

“A final bright, flame-like red insert – in a colour expression never seen before on a Manchester United home kit - runs down the side panel of the jersey and shorts, creating a connecting line that stands out against the stadium backdrop as players are in motion.”

“The rayon style fabric appeared to be a different shade of red, depending on how light reflected off it”. Yup, that tends to be how colour works.

Looking at the goalie shirt, little wonder that chubby chick has £#%&!ed off sharpish to Paris. Even a tabbed-up Jorge Campos wouldn’t wear that £#%&! up.

Get Admiral back.
