Really heartening to see Everton and Villa, two teams that we managed a total of 1 point and 1 goal against at home, get absolutely obliterated today and last night by Arsenal and Watford respectively.

Now I see City are 3-0 up at Brighton with about 30 mins played.

Great stuff. Gearing up to be a great weekend.

We could easily be mid table after our run of games vs the other Top 6.

Scary thought.

Just to confirm, Brighton have NOT been shit.

City just playing at a speed that’s ridiculous.

Grealish staying onside and playing passes to teammates whilst they remain onside - we can’t blame Brighton for not trying or anything.

They £#%&!ing well have. When you lose the ball twice on the edge of the opponents box and they run up the pitch and score, it's shit. When it happens to us, it's shit defending.

the city midfield and forwards are also moving around all over the place, it's mental. It's almost like they haven't heard of playing technically deficient carthorses in midfield.

It really was ridiculous to think we’d be anywhere near this lot this season.

We won’t finish within ten points of any of Liverpool, City or Chelsea.

It is right now, still don't think it was at the start of the season.

We should be doing better than we are.

Chelsea with Lampard in charge would probably be about 6th as well.

As it is, they got a proper manager in charge and low and behold they won the european cup and are top of the league.

But i'm sure that's all just a coincidence.

Have to agree with all the Norwich comments btw, most pointless team in the PL's existence. Not even "so bad they're good" in the manner of that 2007/08 Derby side.

They have deprived of top flight football some outfit who might at least have made a go of it.

Expected results from City and Chelsea. Really need to turn the vermin over tomorrow, or we are toast already IMO.

Parachute payments have confined us to Norwich and WBA bouncing up and down for the rest of time.

Chelsea and City look ready to start hitting some good form along with Liverpool.

I had us down as champions

We’ll do just enough to get fourth and Ole will keep his job.

At least West Brom normally put in an effort.
