It's great when everyone is still there and have something to play for. Hope for some teams, expectation for others.

It's a slightly melancholy feeling when teams start to leave. When it gets to late the late stage knockouts it feels less of a festival and more like an intimate gig for a select few.

In Switzerland at the mo but half the town we’re in are of Portuguese origin. Real head wrecker. No one in the town appears to know what football is nevermind that the euros are on and their* team won.
