The scrutiny that decision is getting is bordering on absurd. It’s not like he played D’mani Mellor in his place ffs, he put fans favourite, grafter and acknowledged goal machine Cavani in ffs.
And we were winning without him. We drew with him on. Not because of him, but if we’re linking his absence with a bad result, then we really shouldn’t. He played 90mins against Villa.

We didn’t draw because we rested Ronaldo, we drew because we’re a bit shit.

Basically De Gea's penalty save away from the same record as Jose's 3rd season.
Yikes.

None of the charm and class press conferences aswell.

Speaking of Mou Mou he continues to dominate Serie A with a very weak Roma squad

Or to put it another way, Ole's record for those periods is better than Mourinho's

He’s our top goal scorer for crying out loud. Imagine if he’d not scored those 5 goals?

So apparently the wife of one of Ronnie's best mates died last week? Strange this only came out in the last day or two.

Has little merit on the game. If he was affected by it that much he wouldn’t have been in the match day squad . The fact that he was on the bench and came on after 60 means he could have started .( not that I think he should have started, cavani is a good back up and it was the shit midfield for why we didn’t win)

Well maybe he suggested himself that in the circumstances Cavani might merit a start? Certainly maybe makes a bit more sense than it did before IMO.
