Default Ian Stirling RIP

Absolutely gutted. Such a brilliant man who would do anything for you.
Life is shit when the good guys get taken away too soon

Top top red, remember him from IMUSA Town Hall Tavern meets, would always stop and chat whenever I knocked into him afterwards. Was down in the smoke with him when we protested at the stock exchange, genuine bloke. If there’s a gofundme let us know

Very sad news. Didn't know him personally but he always came across as a decent fella and nobody has a bad word to say about him. 57 is too young to go. RIP.

RIP

A top top lad, from the match, from FC, from Audi garages, too canvassing for LUHG local election votes I'd spent loads of time with Ian ..

He was huge behind the original protests, many meetings with him in town and the FA CUP FINAL 05 PLANS

Any time you seen him on any concourse up and down the country he gave you his time ..

Lovely genuine bloke ..

Rest easy

Gutted he never got to see the Glazers out of the club, absolutely pivotal in the early protest days....he was involved in the lot...

Will always remember a meeting at MUST in town about the cup final and the flag ..

He assured me numerous times we didn't have to do it, we could walk away now.....also said we'd be fully supported legally etc ...

Met him at my lads first game boxing day a few years back....

"We've come a long way ain't we".

One of those £#%&!ing bubbly, happy, positive guys.....
Mad not to think you won't see him again at the match....

That’s very sad for such an active, well thought of fella at 57

We’ll played son.

See they’ve put a wreath on his seat

Nice touch

Mitten did a nice write-up in The Athletic today, it's paywalled if anyone has any other links to it
