There’s times when he drops to the base of the midfield and all the midfielders bomb on, it’s a mad formation that allows him to arrive late and get chances. Bologna have had a great season and he’s been a big part for them.

I quite like it, he’s going to be competition for Hjolund, he’s the right price range for squad depth, a good age and scored goals in a difficult league to do it. He’s got a good injury record and work rate too. We have real issues with FFP and we need a lot of bodies through the door, I’m on board.

Either would be an upgrade on The Scottish Player as backup tbf.
