So not conceded a single goal in europe this season at home?

Dzeko scabs a late consolation goal needing just a 1-0 in Rome to make it to the final?

This.

I’m prepared for the worst.

Roma are dead. No way are they coming back from this. They’re like the reasonably handsome guy in the horror film who kills one alien (Barca) but then gets surrounded by others.

Liverpool’s attack will score v Madrid.

It’s up to Bayern.

God help us.

Plus side however, that Naingollan kid looks a very good player. He'd be a great talent for us to ruin for a few years.
Kid? He’s pushing 30.

Just an overall point(and I hate that Liverpool are at the core of it) but the PL needed to get back to playing with pace and intensity, it is the hallmark of the league and is always very difficult to handle when tied to high levels of technical ability. In the post Tiki-Taka years there was a move to either more of a slow possession game or a sitting deep and countering tactic. Even City this year are a much higher tempo team when in possession than some of those Barca tribute acts.

Wish that Utd would adopt some of these principles.

Both have midfields that would control the games + have relatively strong backlines + great attacks.

I'm with nofers on this.

Don't rule out Roma still.

Wish we’d tried a bit harder for 4th place last season now.

Madrid or Bayern won’t set up against him like we did

They’ll play a high line like Roma and get run ragged

Can see them winning in a high scoring game against Madrid or scabbing it (Chelsea style) against Bayern.

No.6 it is.

It's written in the stars. Pretty obvious if you're a student of the game

I know you only pull this shit on the off chance you get to 'bump' an unlikely 'told you so' but ffs mate it's getting a bit ott lately

Roma are dogshit.
The dog had its day in the last Round.

This is another 4 or 5 job for Liverpool over the two legs.
