Always loved Ruuds solo against Fulham
ruuds goal is underrated. Basically the league was won with that win and the way he took it

Goon is a thread on its own. Stapleton v Barcelona 84 takes the biscuit.

Van P vs Villa

Followed closely by:

Scholes vs Barcelona
Wazza vs City & Newcastle
Ronny vs Portsmouth
Rooney & Ronny breakaway vs Bolton

And that’s not even getting into the goals which weren’t as good but were ultra goonage.

£#%&!, we’ve been blessed

Funny you should mention Frank ( and your correct)

We got battered in this game, he had one working leg, incredible technique

Loudest I’ve heard the place

To be fair it was probably the second loudest, but phenomenal nonetheless

Cantona chip vs Sunderland was memorable.
Many free kicks by Becks and Ronnie.
The one where Hughes smashed it in from about 40 yards vs Liverpool in the early 90s (poss league cup)
Scholes, Rooney, RVP, Ruud etc. etc. Happy memories

Batistuta's or Rooneys against newcastle.

Eric vs Sunderland

Batistutas/Fiorentina

The Arsenal Invincible 49 and out game - maybe not because of the quality of goal, but the occasion.

Was right behind Rooney vs Newcastle which is what immediately came to mind.

Terms of opposition, Benteke's bicycle kick for the vermin was pretty impressive.

They brought a big following that day and made themselves heard throughout as they dominated. Then… “you’re not going to Wembley, na na na na”

Robbery tbh

Couldn’t pick 20 without leaving a deserved winner out

Rooney's volley.

Scholes sliced his, never really got the amazement over it. Obvs one of the most important goals, but nowhere near the best. Wouldn't even make his top 10.

Too many. Clearly not the most elegant but easily one of the best for all the obvious reasons.

Bruce v Sheff Weds.

Bedlam.

Ronaldo v Portsmouth.

My Dad: “What’s he doing shooting from there?”

I really enjoyed Alan Smith's vs Norwich 2004. Was in the perfect position behind the goal.

Rooney v city.
Completely lost the run of myself when that went in.
RvP v Villa was incredible but I sadly missed seeing that in person.
