When we play him right.

He just is not a winger. Hes not quite quick enough and he doesnt deliver the ball well.

What he's good at is close control, dribbling in tight areas and he's got a good eye for developing situations. When he plays through the middle he causes havoc because he's hard to take the ball off without fouling. You add Pogba, Tony and Rashers into the mix with movement, speed and one/two touch football then you'll create openings.
